Il locale nasce negli anni '60 con il nome  "Osteria al Radicchio Rosso" in contrapposizione ai due frati Somaschi della chiesa in piazza Santa Maria Maggiore.

Il locale con il susseguirsi di diverse gestioni diventa ristorantino.

Con la gestione attuale di proprietà di Daniela Zussa si propone piatti tipici locali e cucina basata sul pesce  e piatti semplici e gustosi a mezzogiorno per i lavoratori.

Da settembre 2019 l'attività si e' trasferita in piazza Giustiniani.

The restaurant was born in the 60s with the name "Osteria al Radicchio Rosso" as opposed to the two Somaschi friars of the church in Piazza Santa Maria Maggiore.

The restaurant with the succession of different management becomes a restaurant. With the current management owned by Daniela Zussa, it offers typical local dishes and fish-based cuisine and simple and tasty dishes at midday for the workers.

From September 2019 the restaurant moved to Piazza Giustinian.
